What will we provide?
1. Our first step is to arrange a site visit by one of our electricians/technicians. They will collect information and photographic records detailing the damage you experienced.
2. All relevant information on the damaged equipment is then collated in order to construct a report for your Insurance Company.
3. One of our team will also calculate the replacement costs for the components damaged within your solar PV system (eg the inverter).
4. We provide you with a report by email/post listing all of the above details. You can forward this onto your Insurance Company for claim processing.
Following on from this and once you have received advice regarding your claim being approved, we then proceed to the final stage and coordinate with you to get your new replacement equipment installed as soon as possible.
